Resumen del Proyecto The importance of alumni for the accreditation processes of different undergraduate programs is undeniable since they constitute an important source to collect information from each of the programs. This research project aims at collecting information from the alumni who have graduated in the last 5 cohorts in order to include this human resource in the accreditation processes of the English and French and Spanish and English Licenciaturas at Universidad de Nariño. The personal information of alumni as well as the information about their work situation and performance in their work can facilitate the design of improvement plans of the undergraduate program. A constant communication process with alumni can also permit the program to formulate improvement plans and training programs that help not only alumni but also the community who receives the alumni as language teachers
